However, if your piece arrives damaged, defective, or with a quality issue, please contact us at hello@kukucactus.com within 7 days of delivery and include clear photos of the item and packaging.

We’ll review each case individually and work with you to find the best solution.

As each piece is handmade, slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur. These small differences are part of the handmade process and make every KUKU CACTUS piece one of a kind.
